Express Russian Visa Checklist

With customer care as out biggest priority, we have developed the quickest and easiest method to apply for a Russian visa.

Just collect the documents listed below and send them to our office. Be aware, in order to get a visa all of the following documents are required by the Chinese Embassy, if something is not included—your visa application will not be approved.

Tourists on board large cruise Ships should have the right to stay in the Russian Federation without a visa for 72 hours. They have the right to leave the ship and return on board the ship only as part of an organized tourist group as per the list. In case a tourist wants to leave the ship alone, he/she needs a visa.

For a Tourist Visa please include:

A valid original passport(s). Your Passport must be valid for at least the next 6 months, with at least two blank pages remaining.

One recent, quality passport-sized photograph (45mm x 35mm) taken against a white background (the background must be white!) glued to the indicated space on the application form.

A completed Russian Visa Application Form printed from this Website only. If you are unable to download our application call us and we will send you one by mail. The application may be filled out by hand. Please ensure the signature is identical to the one on your passport.

An Original Tourist Voucher from a Russian (British) travel agency stamped and signed by an authorized person. If you do not have one, you can order it through our order form.

For a Business Visa please include:

Your valid original passport(s). It must be valid for at least the next 18 months, with at least two blank pages remaining.

One recent, quality passport-sized photograph (45mm x 35mm) taken against a white background (the background must be white!) glued to the indicated space on the application form.

An Invitation issued by the Russian Foreign Ministry or its regional representatives or by an appropriate Russian Federation Migration Service branch. The invitation must contain:

The official seal and legal address of the host institution
A document registration number and date of registration
The signature and name of the official authorized to invite foreigners to Russia
Your travel itinerary and dates of stay
The names of persons invited

An introductory letter from your company (or from yourself if you are self-employed) giving full details of the traveler, destinations, terms and purpose of the visit. Self-employed applicants must show copies of their bank statements for the last three months.

When applying for a Russian Business or Student visa you must additionally submit an HIV Test (AIDS) Certificate not older than 6 months.

For a multiple entry visa you are required to submit the original invitation; for single and double entry visas copies of invitations in particular cases may be accepted, though the Russian Embassy's immigration officer may ask you to present the original invitation. If you do not have one, you can order it through our Russian Visa Application form

For a Transit visa please include:

Your valid original passport(s). It must be valid for at least the next 6 months, with at least two blank Visa pages remaining.

One quality passport-sized photograph (45mm x 35mm) taken against a white background. The background must be white!

The Russain Visa Application Form printed from this Website only. If you are unable to download our application call us and we will send you one by mail. The application may be filled out by hand. Please ensure the signature is identical to the one on your passport.

The original or a photocopy of your confirmed air ticket to and from Russia.

A valid visa (if required by that country) to the country you want to enter after leaving Russia.
